This project balances elevated style with real-world functionalityβ€”creating a home that photographs beautifully, lives comfortably, and performs in a competitive short-term rental market. The boho MCM aesthetic blends warm neutrals, layered textures, and subtle pops of earthy, calming color, adding personality without overwhelming the space.

Design was centered on connection and experience. Multiple indoor and outdoor gathering zones, along with a curated record player, pool table, outdoor firepit, lawn games, and a coffee bar station, encourage interaction, extend stays, and create memorable moments that drive five-star reviews.

Every detail was considered through both a guest and investor lens. The layout accommodates groups of varying sizes, the amenities enhance bookings while maintaining the ideal guest experience, and the aesthetic favors timeless, high-impact design over fleeting trends. The result is a space that feels inviting, livable, and elevatedβ€”designed to stand out and book well.

β€œWOW! My family had a great stay here! The home was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and had a really cool, comfortable vibe. It’s even better than the pictures. The space had everything we could ask for and was clearly well cared for. The pool table and games are a nice touch. All the beds were really comfortable, and everything felt set up for actual livingβ€”not a quick stay. The hosts were also five-star and very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with, which made us feel so well taken care of. Would absolutely stay here again, and I highly recommend it! Great spot for families!” - steve, Airbnb guest
